Testing, quarantine rules option for travelers to New York, Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo says

Cuomo said out-of-state visitors can show negative tests for COVID-19 before and after arriving in New York, or opt for a 14-day quarantine. Bordering states and essential workers are exempt. New Yorkers who travel out of state are subject to similar rules, he said.
